Though they may require an initial investment, like any Tesla model, electric boats offer several environmental benefits that make them a smart choice for new and experienced boaters.?

• More efficient than gasoline-powered engines. In 2019, CO2 emissions from boats in the United States reached 40.4 million metric tons, whereas electric boats produce zero emissions.?
• Quieter than gas-powered models, reducing noise pollution in sensitive areas such as marine sanctuaries. Compared to just a few decibels of humming, combustion engines are much louder, with most producing noise in the 70-90 decibel range.?
• Eco-friendly, meaning boaters can take their vessel anywhere with no guilt over harming the environment.
