There are days where you question, "Am I making a difference at all?"
I had that same thought the other day. Let me tell you what helped me get out of that funk.
I was in some TALK ? ASK ? LISTEN ? with the Father. I brought my feelings to Him and, though I felt His presence, He didn't say anything.
With the book pre-launch party happening Jun 22, 2023 I had a lot to do so got to work. One of my tasks involved reviewing stories and testimonials.
My video testimonial file has 92 videos of people sharing how one of my programs or services helped them connect, co-create, or conqueror with God for success in business.
NINETY-TWO!!!!!
I began listening to some of those.
Then I hopped into the prelaunch party Facebook group, where I dropped a sneak peek of the book.
People had already read the two chapters and had gone LIVE giving their glowing thoughts!
When I tell you my mood shifted, baby!
Faith comes by hearing!
When you feel like you aren't making any difference, you gotta do like the Bush's Baked Bean commercial and "roll that beautiful bean footage".
Re-read your testimonials.
Re-watch your testimonials.
Re-read or re-listen to your prophetic words.
After I watched and listen to those words, I was flying high.
Me to God: That's why you didn't say anything
God: Yup, you needed to hear from them, not me, this time.
I LOVE my relationship with God.

He knows what's needed in every situation and at every time.
As I watched those testimonials, I could see how when we engaged in the Kingdom Prayer Framework for those clients, He didn't give them cookie-cutter advice.
He gave them exactly what they needed for their specific situation in business and their relationship with Him.
As business advisors, we will never take the place of your relationship with God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit.
NEVER!
Here's what the Bible, the research, and our experience says about YOU.
In Joshua 3:4, the directive to the newly freed people was simple. In order to cross into your promise land, follow God's directions very specifically because you haven't gone this way before.
"Spirituality has been considered good for the employee, workplace, and organizations."
Rocha, R. G. & Pinheiro, P. G. (2021). Organizational Spirituality: Concept and Perspectives. Journal of Business Ethics, 171, 241-252.
There is a long history of evidenced-based research that says when spirituality is brought into the workplace, it is better for everyone. People make better decisions when they incorporate spirituality in their decisions.
We never take the place of God in our clients lives. We offer a safe, private space for them to hash out all the the things.
Ninety-two out of ninety-two video testimonies of Founder/CEOs expressed appreciation for having a safe place to process what they where thinking about doing, and/or what they thought God was leading them to do about business moves and decisions they faced.
This new era of business is ripe for bold moves for faith forward business leaders.
The real question is do you have advisors who know business and the voice of God supporting you?
If you want to talk about how I can support you, send me a DM and I'll tell you how we can set up a time to talk.
