When You Can't Stop Noticing Utility Markers
It's a phenomena people refer to as "signage sight" ... ok, no one calls it that, I just made that up right now but it does have a nice ring to it, so I'm going to run with it.
For those of us who work in the damage prevention and safety industry, you know exactly what I'm talking about: once you start to notice how prevalent safety signage and utility marking is in our everyday lives and environment, it suddenly becomes the main thing you notice.
"Signage Sight" is especially rampant when we're traveling or enjoying vacation; we subject our friends and family to unsolicited utility marking sightings along with safety insights they didn't ask for.
