When the World says You Can't? - Draw in the Strength of God.
Strength: The quality or state of being strong; ability to do or to bear; capacity for exertion or endurance, whether physical, intellectual, or moral; force; vigor; power; as, strength of body or of the arm; strength of mind, of memory, or of judgment.
Strength is what gives us the energy to do what we can and what is beyond our capabilities.
People easily put down those without strength and are often considered as weaklings.
When the world says you can't do it or it's practically impossible, remind them what the word of God says:
Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.
Your strength doesn't come from your weapon of war, from your knowledge, from your skill, from people.
I have seen people who have prepared and rehearsed for their public speaking engagement, on getting in the stage experiences stage fright - this is not because they don't have the knowledge or the skill but their strength is weak in an area of confidence
You can possess all mentioned but lack the strength that will see you through in its effective utilization or fulfilment.
David in his encounter with Goliath never needed the soldiers weapon and armour but he drew His strength from the knowledge of His God who had delivered him from the hands of bear while tending to the sheep.
Ordinarily he would have been swallowed up by Goliath, easily and effortlessly. But God gave him the strength he needed for victory
When the soldiers and his brothers could not count on him to go head on with Goliath in the battle, David counted on His God for strength.
Who told you can't achieve those goals and dreams?
Who told you that you can't advance in that career?
Who told you that you can't get that job placement?
Who told you that you can't get married?
Who told you that you can't excel in that promotional/professional exams?
You are not what people or circumstances dictates, the problem is we focus on these things than the one we ought to focus on and that is why we are depressed, sick among other things.
Your strength is given and dependent on the one and only true God
The bible also reminds us by strength shall no man prevail.. (1Samuel 2:9)
You cannot rely on your strength, no one is stronger than the Lord. Haman thought he could bring about the fall of Mordecai. He thought his position in authority can influence the heart of the king, His plan did not go accordingly has he had proposed in his heart.
He told his wife (Zeresh) and his friends what had befallen him and they reminded him of something significant that if Mordecai is of the seed of the jews that he cannot prevail against him.
Mordecai was faithful and he knew the God of isreal never fails nor forsake, he drew His strength from His God.
Do you know whose seed your are?
Do you know the Sovereign God?
Do you go to Him for the strength you need in the midst of that challenges that confronts you?
Do you feel intimidated or cower due to your lack of strength?
Gods strength is made perfect in our weaknesses(2Cor 12:9) - There is a God who owns and give strength, he will grant it unto you if only you ask of him today.
God wants to show who He is in/through you for His glory! Rejoice for you have all the strength you need in Christ Jesus
Walk in the purpose for which you have been created/called, pursue those things you thought was impossible - God will arm you with the needed strength you need on your journey.
