When we break the rule of nature, we fall sick .
What do we eat ? What do we think ?

When we break the rule of nature, we fall sick .

We are designed and created by the nature not to be diseased, but to live a healthy life as our ancestors used to live. We get disease only, when we break the rule of nature, we fall sick .

Why do we get disease ? Depends chiefly on two significant factors:

1) What do we eat ?

2) What do we think ?

Lets understand the 1st Factor :

Meet the 'culprits'?hidden in our food menu .......

Lets contemplate how most of us start our day ....with the bed tea / coffee. Another name we can give a 'slow poison' .

Ingredients of Tea/ Coffee -

A little milk (specially animal milk)

Refined sugar?

Tea leaves

Water

Culprit?No. 1 :

Sugar is very inquisitive, very hard hitting and above all penetrating. It can enter the strongest, toughest organ and pierce through the cell membrane of the body and cause more than 150 diseases. Because loads of calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium requires to digest this refined sugar. Consequently body falls short in everything.

We can call refined sugar a 'sweet poison'.

Culprit No. 2 :

Milk , I do agree milk is wholly required during the infancy, when the infant is not able to take any other solid or liquid food, but milk is not meant for the lifelong use; no animal except human being continue to drink the milk lifetime. because biological human body is not designed rather it is incapable to digest cow's or even buffalo milk. With the age enzymes become inactive, as a result component of milk glued to various parts of the digestive system, resulting in overall blockage of the most system in our body and prevent the absorption of the nutrients in the body.

Culprit No. 3:

Caffeine : Most of us relish a cup of coffee or tea with a belief that it will give us instant energy , alertness and refreshens. Actually, what happens is exactly the reverse, it is not energy of the Caffeine but the 'stolen' energy from the emergency reserves of the body. So, remember this refreshing cup may be later on bring a few little surprises for you , in the forms of diabetes, kidney and liver damage etc.

Culprit No. 4

Refined Cereal : White flour and polished rice are the most widely used refined cereals in our day to day food. In white flour, the outer husk of the wheat and bran is removed, while in polished rice, the outer brown husk is removed during refining.

White flour preparations include white bread, naan, romali roti, pizza, biscuit, cake, noodles etc.

Common polished rice prepration pullao, biryani, plain fried rice etc.

Culprit No. 5

Table Salt : Small amount of salt (sodium ions) is needed to maintain a good health especially for neurons. The salt in its natural form which is found in vegetables like potatoes, onion, tomato etc. is sufficient to keep us healthy.

Table Salt is a strongly ionic bonded , inorganic compound and resists being separated in to the sodium and chloride which are usable by the body. Hence, it does not replenish the sodium needs of the body.

Culprit No. 6

Fried Food : The frying and prolonged heating of food leads to the formation of Free Radicals. A free radical is a molecule that has lost one electron and become highly imbalanced. It restores its balance by stealing a vital electron from the other molecules.

Avoid these culprits, add natural food !

Change your habits, Change your lifestyle !
