When we accept the concept of change

If your no longer going to think the same way of thinking, or act the same way or feel the same way your not going to make the same choices that leads to the same behaviours that create the same experiences, that produce the same emotions, that make you feel like who you are today.

THE MOMENT YOU BEGIN THE PROCESS OF CHANGE, YOU STEP INTO THE JOURNEY AND RIVER OF CHANGE

Your motivation for change is seeing the old self but also seeing the new self, and you give yourself permission to recognise the bridge you have to cross between the two points.. The only challenge you have from the moment you decide, is to allow yourself to feel very uncomfortable for a period of time, it begins to feel really unfamiliar , unpredictable which is called the world of the unknown. Its in this moment people refine and define who they really are...

The hardest part of change is not making the same choices you made the day before...

So what stops you from starting is all the negative internal dialogue that says "start tomorrow" " your a loser" " you will never be able to do that " " its not going to work"

Crossing over the bridge that leads to change is a biological, Neurological, chemical, Hormonal , addictive, genetic death of the old self.

Where your in the unknown you design and create the future you truly want.. When the unknown becomes comfortable then the magic happens.

You want to change - you must take massive action - interrupt the patterns and break the patterns.

I enter into dialogue initially which is the first step in changing where you currently are.. its a big step for some people but a small chunk to meeting yourself across the bridge.
