When To Vlog?

When is the best time to vlog? This is a question that I often ask myself. As I understand the deeper meaning of why we create content, I've realized that it should serve us and not the other way around. Therefore, I try not to oblige myself to vlog on a regular basis, as I don't think it's a lifestyle that I can sustain for a long time.
Of course, I love taking b-rolls as often as I can, but I don't force myself to hit record just for the sake of putting out an episode on YouTube, TikTok, or Reels if I'm not feeling it.
Here's my take on it:
a) Vlog when you're in the mood. If you're feeling good about yourself and you feel like vlogging, go for it!
b) Vlog when you're excited about something. Sharing your excitement with your audience is always a great idea.
c) Vlog when you just overcame a problem. If you found a solution or applied a hack to a problem, share it with your audience. You can easily follow the problem-solution-conclusion story format, which is compelling and adds value to your viewers.
d) Vlog when you're bored. If you don't have anything else to do, creating a vlog could be a fun and productive way to spend your time.

e) Vlog if you have important announcements, updates, or upcoming events that your followers would find helpful or interesting.
f) Vlog about major changes in your life, such as moving to a new address, changing jobs, or upgrading your vlogging equipment. However, keep in mind that you should only share what you're comfortable sharing publicly.
That's my take on it, but I'm sure there are many other reasons to vlog. Let me know in the comments if I forgot to mention something.
Cheers!
