When the Universe Gifts You a Migraine

Ever feel like the universe is sending you signs that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be?
Last weekend was an inescapable reminder. Coming into day 2 of the weekend seminar I was leading, I had this awful migraine—so bad that I felt like I was floating through a daydream. In short, I was intensely “lutang.”
But here’s where it gets wild: the second I started my modules, the migraine just... disappeared. I’d feel so alive and in the moment, like the headache never existed.
Since I wasn’t “on stage” all day (thanks to my amazing co-facilitators), this created a repetitive cycle. The second I finished the module, the migraine came back full force, hitting me like a truck.
It was such a powerful reminder that this work, this purpose of helping people grow and show up in this world as better humans, is what I’m meant to do. And I’m not just grateful for the work, but for the incredible people around me who make it all possible.
