I’ve had some incredible times in business where I am sitting there thinking everything is awesome.
I’m pretty chuffed at myself, drinking a nice cup of coffee then BOOM I get that email, phone call, message with something bad going down.
This has happened to me many times and my reactions can range from confidence & motivation; right through to panic & extreme fear.
What I’ve learned over the years is that when tough times hit and you have some bad news, is that you need to stop and breathe for the moment.
I’ve had bad habits of going into panic mode, which I highly recommend against. Sure, you may feel the stress, but don’t let it get you to!
Slow down, chill out and focus on what you can do in the here and now.
It can be easy to freak out and worry about the future; with my advice being DON’T!
Stay present and think, what can you do right now to better your situation?
