When Things Don't Go According To Plan

We love it when everything lines up and works the way it’s supposed to. It means great experiences for us and our clients. But every so often, we get an opportunity to truly prove our mettle. Our client, Vitt Lacson had this to say about the experience:

I had the chance to work with VLG on numerous occasions throughout the last two years. They were very attentive and responsive during the build process and vigilant afterward. Our initial program did amazing, but the best part about working with VLG was when the second program didn’t do so well. They were able to run several reports with the DialogEngine and through some good old-fashioned elbow grease, find out why it didn’t work and help us adapt. Having this knowledge is just as good as the leads they produced. I would recommend VLG in the future and am currently working with them on a new program. Approved!
