When the Swords Flash

"When the swords flash, go forward!" are words that are sinking deeper into my skin and my better sense of Understanding this morningside.

"When the swords flash,?go forward! When the shafts fly, press onward!"

Enter Boldness

Boldness. Bravery. Courage. Daring. They are not without fear; but in its face. Boldness is not foolhardy. But neither does it suffer the foolishness of excessive and unwarranted self doubt. It whispers back to the doubt; "Watch me."

Boldness is not arrogant. Nor obnoxious. The only face it needs get in front of is that of fear... and it knows the purpose of fear. Boldness faces it... and it just is. It just is. It justly is.

Being ourselves is just, in that the world needs us as we soulfully are. Self doubt questions our validity, and asks for some form of "permission" to be who we are. Boldness enables us to "boldly go" as who we best are, when we are, where we are, how we are. That is where no one has gone before; as us. With Boldness, we can walk our best path. As us.

I know what that means for me this morning, better than ever. I know what that means for my work, now and going forward. I know what that means in the face of the overwhelm.

"When the swords flash, go forward!" Swords flashing can speak so much to fear and overwhelm and self doubt. The simple and forward command is "go forward". To rise up, as me, as only me. Regardless of the expectations put on us, or imagined placed on us... we have but one Responsibility. It is our only Dominion... and what we best offer to the world.

Onwards...
