When a student is ready, will master appear?

‘When a student is ready, master will appear’ is a well-known quote.

Do you agree on that?

Well, I don’t!

In my experience, when the student is ready, not one master but a series of masters will appear!

(Here, the master refers to teacher, trainer, coach and mentor. Let’s not get into the mind’s trap of comparing and discriminating between them!)

A master not only guides and leads but also chides and applauds!

That combination is so important to push the student to walk on the path of guidance.

Every student is a store house of potential like a battery.

Will this battery provide the energy?

NO & YES!

NO, because, even though it is fully charged, without proper end to end connect, it does not provide any energy!

YES, it can provide with proper end to end connect only!

I emphasize the word ‘proper’ here, because if the battery’s ends are connected with just a simple wire, it gets short circuited and destroyed in the process.

Now, there are four basic elements which will help to connect this battery.

Resistors, inductors, capacitors and semiconductors.

The innumerable combinations possible out of the these components help to convert that potential energy of the battery into wonderful possibilities!

It may be lighting up of a bulb to dispel the darkness, heating up a refreshing coffee, powering up a fridge to chill!

And also to power up mobile phones and other computing devices to a myriad possibilities!

Batteries come up in all size, shape and capacities.

Assume all these batteries (aka students) are all charged to their full potential.

Now, the master, rather series of masters will help to connect to suitable combination of basic elements (aka devices) to match the current potential first. Later, these masters may help to upgrade to next possible potential!

Now, I am going to reveal the secret behind this entire thought process occurred in my mind during my morning meditative moments!

About a month ago, I got connected with a master through a simple forward of LinkedIn post by another master!

That was the time I was in the process of reaching out to people to share the beautiful process towards wellness and joyfulness with an unusual theme - DON’T DO MEDITATION, BE IN MEDITATION – and in the process learn and earn also!

And the master appeared with a series of fourteen other masters and the group was named ‘The First 15’.

I call the master fondly as Zen master. The master provided us all the elements – resistors, inductors, capacitors and semi conductors – to utilize the potential.

It simple means guiding, leading, chiding and also applauding!

When the resistors were put in the form of challenging tasks, there was lot of heat generated in completing those tasks!

Then the ‘group 15’ was made to play the role of inductors and capacitors, to induce their special talents and also help to with hold the charge to use it at an appropriate time!

The timely intervention with the semiconductor type of actions in terms of ‘do this OR that’, 'do this AND that also'!

There were moments of lighting up of bulbs (LED as well as spot light) in terms of friendly banters, intense focus on dark spots….

*******

Yes, I was one of the students to find a spot in ‘The First 15’ batch which reinforced my belief that when the student is ready a series of masters will appear!

Thankful and grateful to the master in chief Ashi Singhal.

Thankful and grateful to my batch mates Anup Maheshwari, Arun Prasath, Harshal jain, Karan Jindal, Monica Shah, Nidhi Shetty, Pragya Mishra, Pranay Ranjan, Puja Sharma, Roma Vijwani, Sachin Gupta, Sairam, Shashwat Das and Sudhakar Pallam , who all accompanied me in the wonderful journey of @demystifying LI!

Now, are you ready to manifest not just a master but series of masters in your life!

[PS: And this article is also a result of the tight deadline through a series of AND gates! :)]
