When someone Comes in the middle of a relationship

By reading the title, you might have assumed that this was another story about someone leaving their better half for someone else. But sorry to disappoint you this wouldn't be that juicy but the Protagonist in this article is a sweet and cute girl who stole my heart and she calls me daddy, her name is Shanaya who came to our life and made it more meaningful (not that they were not meaningful before ). But as the saying goes "A baby girl is a miracle that never ceases to be miraculous." I recall the day she entered my not-so-firm arms, and just by looking at her, I could imagine how wonderful our lives would be from then on. Having a baby is hard work, and when you finally see your little one for the first time that is when you forget those 9 months of anxious wait (Will not bore you with those 9 months stories, but just in case you want to know you can read about all these 9 months in my previous article). You cannot imagine how your days and nights are going to be from now on and that is when you realise the importance of Agile methodologies and importance of each individual who is going to be a part of your parenting team (You can ask my Scrum team how Agile i was after my Paternity Leaves). Even though you might not have followed any schedule in your daily freaking life but once she came into our lives everything starts falling into places and you change yourself for ?your sweet angel and one day you may feel that yes if i can do this then i can manage anything but then comes the next day, and let me tell you one thing how ever lazy you are in your day to day life you will manage everything from now on and ?you can give credit to yourself but the actual credit goes to the little angel who has finally made you a responsible Man.

?And when they start growing, and believe me, you will be surprised at how quickly they grow; they will outgrow your hands sooner than you realize, and then there comes a time when they learn to walk; that is when your past comes back to haunt you, and you realise how you squandered those gym memberships, and how you should have eaten more vegetables instead of the junk food you loved when you were younger. But then when you are tired, she will be the one who will come to you and pat your back and pull your cheeks (and probably your hair as well) and thank you for all the things you are doing for her in her own way by giving you that one in a million smile, and believe me that smile can itself make you 5 to 6 years younger.

?I can stop here as mine is just 2 years old. You might have more experience than me, and you might have more stories than me but what I can say is that a daughter is a jewel that you get without paying anyone anything and it's the most precious jewel that you deserve and yes in her case you are allowed to say that I have two loves of my life."
