When the Sh*t Hits The Fan at 7 AM… & You Haven’t Had Coffee Yet

You know that feeling when you’ve planned everything down to the last detail, triple-checked your work, and you’re all set to hit GO - only for something to go wrong?

Yeah. That happened to my client, Jenny.

She launched an amazing 30-day program where participants receive a daily email at 7 AM (in their own timezone). We set everything up in MailerLite, which (in theory) should send the emails at the correct time, no matter where in the world they were.

?? Some participants use VPNs, which made MailerLite think they were in LA (Pacific Time) - a whole 8 hours behind Ireland.

?? Others were using Gmail, which sometimes doesn’t sync timezones correctly with MailerLite.

?? The result? Some people didn’t get their 7 AM email as expected.

And then came the dreaded “I never received my video this morning!” email.

Cue the moment of panic. CHRIST!!!!

Here’s What Could Have Happened…

If Jenny had been handling this alone, she could have:
