As you state it is important to know what works for your company. which I call your "Strike Zone" and which part of that zone your clients fit into. If the trend is outside your strike zone, you must pass and avoid swinging your bat. Focus on the profitable activities in "your Strike Zone" and avoid everything outside the box.
