When shall we start respecting the nature?

#newdaynewchapter is a Blog narrative started on March 1, 2021 co-founded by Kishore Shintre & Sonia Bedi, to write a new chapter everyday for making "Life" and not just making a "living"
When we say “nature”, we mean the “natural environment”. This covers soils, vegetation, waters (sea, fresh underground aquifers), air, and land forms. Respect for nature means: a) do not pollute the natural environment, b) do not destroy it. Do not build man-made structures that will significantly reduce the extent of natural environment to prevent/reduce its capacity to regenerate - for the succeeding generations. This is called “sustainable development”.
You first have to understand it. An analogy with a car might work here. To drive a car you just need an understanding of the steering wheel, brake pedal and gas pedal. To respect the car you need to know how it’s designed, how it works and what you need to do to maintain it in good shape. Same with nature. You can go for a short walk down a trail and you can enjoy nature. To respect it you really need that deeper understanding that comes from living in it, seeing how it works and what things can go wrong (of which we have many examples) and then think deeply about how your personal actions help or hurt nature.
To make the world green by planting, feeding animals, eating natural food, avoid manufactured food, less use of chemicals,or use biochemical, raising social awareness, being less greedy, help the poor, less urbanization, let tree grow in natural way, forestation, avoid throwing plastic, thanking God,being grateful, being more human..Plant one tree for one family..live life, love God for the blessings..search God in his precise creation..
Personal responsibilities. Instead of buying individually wrapped items buy them in bulk. Since most of us use our smartphones as alarm clocks now. When you go to bed turn your phone to max power saving mode. Small things like that on the individual level will make much bigger difference then pointing your fingers and complaining at some Corporation. The corporation will change to the consumers demands.
Also fact check. Once I was tracking the carbon monoxide and dioxide levels of California during a particular bad fire season. I got curious and I zoomed over to the other side of the planet. What I saw was absolutely disgusting and I proceeded to watch and write down numbers. Well here we are 16 years later and all this talk about pollution is false. The left love to talk about being eco-friendly but what they don't tell you is that they are not eco-friendly. They simply moved the pollution from one country to another. Out of sight out of mind if you will.
Now in the United States of America are producing 180% more pollution then what we would have before are pollution laws took effect. The Democrats have been lying to us about many things but particularly pollution. Just to put things in perspective. California is basically all on fire. Not just California but the entire west side of Northern Americas. La all the way up into Canada. The pollution levels being caused by all these fires don't even compare to the amount of pollution China is pumping out mostly for American Products. The pollution is so bad that it's making people in Taiwan sick and there's been several reports of children in China dying of lung cancer and other long problems.

Recycling is one way people show respect for the environment. What also needs to be done, is actually educating the population seriously, at a very young age possible from first grade through high school. Once people can see how respecting nature can benefit them the world could be a better place. People need to learn why in detail so that they can realized that respecting nature benefits them personally. We have only one planet and we need to learn how to love and take care of our planet and its resources.
The weather forecast has predicted heavy snow this weekend. Finally! It’s January and Iowa still hasn't had its share of heavy snow as of yet. As someone who has lived in Iowa for around 8 years, you get accustomed to the white winters—yes, you do complain every year, but the one year that you don’t see snow, something seems strange, unnatural. So I was actually looking forward to it.
A friend from USA wrote to me "I was working all night, and around dawn I decided to lift the heavy curtains which are meant to keep the apartment warm. Lo and behold ! It’s a winter wonderland. The roads in front of my apartment have a thick blanket of snow, the cars are all covered with snow, so are the branches of the trees. It’s still snowing, albeit softly. It’s a Saturday morning, so there’s no noise, no commotion, no one running out to catch a bus, or starting a car—-so it’s extremely tranquil and peaceful".
He continued. "I have this habit of keeping some kind of music always on, in the back ground—it could be the TV, or my phone or Alexa. But today, there seemed no need for that. I made my large cup of coffee, bundled up in a cosy blanket and sat in front of the balcony, with no lights on inside the apartment. And strangely my mind was completely devoid of all worries, all thoughts, all tension. I didn't even try anything—it was like my brain was taking a break. The only noise I could hear was my wall clock ticking away—and nothing else. Many have recommended that I try meditation for my depression and anxiety, and honestly I never really got the hang of it".
"But there was something in the scenery that day—adorned in the spotless white snow that brought a sense of peace and calm. I am by nature, a quiet and introverted person, so this was a feeling beyond joy for me. This pristine scenery brought some much needed break, and maybe a dim possibility of hope in the future? But it didn't matter, what mattered was the present. I have often heard people complain about the place being an isolated and boring place, and I whole heartedly disagree. If you value peace, calm, a little alone time, and solitude, this is the perfect place for you. By ignoring all the external sources of distraction, I gazed happily into the white realms of beauty, and in this way, I paid my respect to nature today." Cheers!
