Since time is our most valuable resource, we have to do everything we can to protect it and make the most out of every hour of our day.

Dan shares so many incredible tips to help us be more productive simply by understanding your chronotype. Everyone falls into one of three categories; 1. Lark 2. Owl 3. Third Bird. Most of us are third birds. He talks about the power of napping and even shares the formula for the perfect nap. He shares information on how to figure out the best time to workout based on your specific health/fitness goals.
