When is the right time to talk to a Realtor?

When you think you are ready to sell or purchase real estate, it's best to start talking with a Realtor about your needs and wants and the market you live in.  Having a representative on your side, to answer questions, can clarify a lot before, during and after the process.  Helping you and keeping your best interests in mind, is my number one goal, whether I represent you as a seller or as a buyer.
