How to use it and how to read the result?

A physiological cycle is from the first day arrival of menstruation (bleeding day is the first day) to the day prior to the next menstruation. The Initial Test Date can be determined according to the Test Timetable below and the test should be repeated continuously for 5-7 days.?

Note: Determine the Initial Test Date according to your physiological cycle. If your physiological cycle is uncertain, determine your Initial Test Date based on days of the shortest physiological cycle. In this case, additional 6 day test will be needed. 【Test Method】

l.Stand the test and sample to the room temperature.Then unseal the aluminum foil pouch along its incision, and take out the midstream.

2.The midstream has two viewing areas.The left side are quality control line C and test lines T3 & Tl.On the right side are quality control line C and test lines T4 & T2.

3.Hold the test stick, pointing absorbent tip(sample well) downward and place it in your urine stream for about 10-15seconds. You can also collect your urine into a clean cup (not provided) and dip the sample well into the urine for about 10-15 seconds.

4.Read the result at 5 minutes.

5.The results showed no clinical significance after lO minutes．

【Test Result Interpretation】

The negative result consists of three situations as below:

a) When only the quality control line C appears color, LH concentration＜1 mIU/mL indicates it is beyond the ovulation period.

b) When the quality control line C and the test line T1 appear color, 1 mIU/mL≤LH concentration ＜5 mIU/mL indicates it is beyond the ovulation period. If the above mentioned test results occur for several days, it may be due to the hypogonadotropic?hypogonadism, which commonly appears in Sheehan's syndrome. Consult the doctor for advice.

c) When the quality control line C and the test line T1&T2 appear color, 5 mIU/mL≤LH concentration＜25 mIU/mL indicates it is beyond the ovulation period.

The positive result consists of the two situations as below:

a) When the quality control line C and the test lines T1,T2 and T3 appear color, 25 mIU/mL≤LH concentration＜65 mIU/mL indicates it is within the ovulation period.

b) When the quality control line C and the test lines T1,T2 ,T3 and T4 appear color, LH concentration≥65 mIU/mL indicates it is within the ovulation period.

If the LH peak results occur for several days, pregnant test should be done first. Otherwise, it may be due to the ovarian dysfunction.?See you doctor for advice as soon as possible.

Invalid

When the quality control line C doesn’t appear color, it indicates the test is failed or the product is invalid. Change the product for retest. If the issue is still exist, stop using this product and contact the local distributor.?

After the test, evaluate the LH content value within a reasonable range and record each LH content value on the record card. Connect all the value points to form a LH content curve. Till a complete LH peak appears, the ovulation will occur within 6-12 after reaching the peak value.
