looking for the next challenge
3 年I've been trying to convince people about this for ages. Employees know the skills they want to improve. So they are the ones who should decide on the agenda of workshops and siminars. Another thing I believe should happen is that no employee should be forced to attend a pd. The admin would offer different domains of pds and employees choose what they want to attend.

3 年Professional development should be fed like food for your thought in regular intervals. Too much gap between PD training is bad and too much closer is an overdose.
