When a Plan Comes Together
What an amazing experience when you have a vision and you make it happen. I got the chance to work with the Southern New Hampshire Women in Business Networking group on creating something different. They had held an event earlier this year and it fell a little short of its goal.
They wanted more.
As facilitator of this next event, I led the team to building a charter that included the event’s purpose, target client, venue, requirements, rules of engagement and participants. The team identified the date of the event and what budget requirements were.
We had objectives!
A huge thank you to Kristal Diorio who worked with me to get down to the details of this project and get the action plan in motion. Regular meetings, adjustments and decisions, small milestones to gauge progress, and voila, success!
Over 55 attendees joined us at an up and coming juice bar, Troy’s, in Londonderry, NH, music, an education panel, and introduction to who the Southern NH Women’s Networking Group are and the energy was on fire!
Thank you, Southern New Hampshire Women’s Networking group, for giving me the opportunity to lead this team. Thank you Troy Ward Jr. of Troy's Juice Bar for hosting this event for us, you are amazing. And again, thank you Kristal Diorio for being the best team member ever.
Success feels just right!
Shall we do it again?
Healing souls, healing heart, healing life.
