When Pigs Fly!

When pigs fly! We recognize that phrase to describe something that will NEVER happen. Join me and think about areas where that phrase applies to you personally…your personal life…your professional life. It’s 2020 and I find it difficult to find an area that change isn’t possible. I think many of us, myself included, occasionally confuse “difficult” with “impossible”.

The difference between those that do the impossible and those that don’t is usually the individual’s or organization’s ability to deal with discomfort. 2020 has been a year that has forced the entire globe into a state of discomfort and the realization that somethings got to give. 

Pigs have started to take flight! Ford and GE pivoted to making ventilators. A huge amount of the world’s workforce is operating from the comfort or discomfort of their homes. Are those examples unique? What’s stopping YOU or YOUR organization from evolving? Don’t let discomfort be the reason?
