WHEN PANTALOONS HELD THE OLYMPICS!
A fashion brand participating in the Olympics- sounds bizarre, right? But it’s not exactly what you think it is. We are all familiar with Pantaloons Brand. It needs no introduction! Over time they have become the most trusted and go-to fashion brand in India.
With stores across pan India, they have given employment to thousands of people, and with the footfall they receive, they do need employees who are willing to stay long-term, and to achieve this, incentives and motivation are what they need!
Pantaloons South India came up with a campaign to distribute gift vouchers to every customer who visits. It definitely is a tedious task for the employees and Pantaloons realized that and took the initiative to make it a fun and rewarding activity for them. After all, they deserve a little something after all the hard work, right?
They came up with a game for all the South Zone branches- they were divided into states of South India and whichever state distributed the most vouchers, won ?10,000 worth of Amazon gift cards.
This was definitely an exciting activity for the employees!
Pantaloons collaborated with Murraad to design different logos for the teams of South India and also to suggest a name for the campaign.
What better than “P’Olympics” considering the Olympics taking place during the time of the campaign?
To spice up the competition, we presented them with team names that thrilled the participants.
This campaign achieved remarkable success with a generous number of vouchers being distributed to the customers. It also brought immense joy and satisfaction to the enthusiastic employees.
