God Rejoices When the Lost are Found

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13, NIV

Philosophy: the rational investigation of the truths and principles of being, knowledge, or conduct.

Our philosophies about life affect our truths and principles. They go with us wherever we go. Take for example our philosophies about foster children or orphans. I see the children of our world as our personal responsibility. Each child affects the next generation in his or her own unique way. If they feel love, they share love. If they experience hate, they may express disappointment outwardly. When we introduce foster and orphan children to the saving grace of Jesus Christ, we expose them to a whole new meaning and direction. We teach them that someone loves them and always will. We encourage them to love themselves and share goodness with others. This prompts accountability for our actions, guidance as Christian stewards, and knowledge of eternal life with Jesus, a priceless gift, touching lives beyond measure.

Will you join me in prayer, hope, mission work, fostering and caretaking for the orphans of our world? Will you be a beacon of hope in Jesus Christ?

Jesus gives us everything we need to overcome obstacles in our lives. May foster children and orphans know Him personally. May we all understand and trust His powerful gift of salvation.
