When Linkedin Said, Write an Article!

While scrolling my own Linkedin Profile, I clicked the tab of Article which says, "Share your perspective and what you know."  

Let me guess, does sharing what my perspective is, will help me in anyway? Does sharing my thoughts on different things out there really be read by my connections, Is it going to get a response? Does writing an article is important for getting you heard and getting noticed by the people out there on LinkedIn? How is that just possible? 

As being in the HR Profession, it is my responsibility to listen, to understand, to satisfy people connected to me at a professional level. I keep my HR perspective on all the time be it in office or outside, but when it comes to being an individual a part of me wants to interact with the people who are writing a lot on this platform and are being heard and being able to communicate the thoughts they are going through.

So keeping this article incomplete, I want a suggestion from my connections especially those who write and express their views through these articles, is it really good to publish the article and share the thoughts one goes through?
