When Life Squeezes You..........
I came across a beautiful story while going through Dr. Wayne W. Dyer's blog and thought this is something that each and everyone of us should read because we are always faced with situations in life that test us.

What a Beautiful story that shows us our True face. However, Love and Peace squeezing out in pressure situations is easier said than done.
So is there a way we can achieve that state?A state where Life Situations do not determine our Inner State, where Inner State or State of Being is consistently Joyful and Peaceful.
In my experience, the answer is yes. As a matter of fact, it is easy as well. You just have to give it a try. The way is to be more and more Conscious and Live in the Present as much as possible. Consciousness can be raised through Meditation. One of my articles gives a Three Step sure shot methodology on Acceptance which can be easily integrated in ones life and when coupled with Meditation will ensure that one progresses towards this state while achieving whatever aims one might have.
One of the most important lessons ever in my Life has been - Stick with Experience and seek Experience. Theory is fine but that is just the first step (as important as last step) and the first step must lead one to the next step - theory must motivate one towards action. Theory without Action and Effort is hollow Knowledge - it serves no purpose. In fact, in the long run it can harm because one might feel that one understands whereas without Experience there is no Existential understanding. So take action towards Inner Peace, Love and Joy and you will discover the Life that is Beautiful beyond imagination!
