When Leaders Rebuke Training, Everyone Pays


I am celebrating clients in A/E/C who are willing to do the hard work...on themselves... so that their careers and lives can flourish.

Here's what happened this week:

Elegant and magical. That's how two students in my Amplify group coaching described how I crafted their stories.

That's not leadership.

??Screw ego; this is about potential and impacting people and communities.??

It shows up in small and big ways at work and at home.

It's upto each of us to emphatically say: "It's time to learn."??
