When was the last time you rested?
I am an experience junky. I love people and experiences. I love creating experiences for people. Experiences that change them, that shift them.
I also love being self employed. You get to say what, who, how, and when you work! You get to decide who you like to work with. The industries, companies, and leaders that you enjoy creating solutions for. You are in charge.
It’s often exhausting. And not understood by many. The pressure to be on to deliver to clients, to manage cashflow and ride the rollercoaster of being your business is a lot. I understand that running? a small or solo business is HARD.
Taking time to nuture and nourish yourself is essential when you are the greatest asset in your business. We often don’t take time to rest, think and be nourished physically and mentally.

Restorative Yoga is not achievement yoga!! You don’t need any level of fitness or yoga experience to attend. The event is August 26th - 29th - if you are interested send me a message or email [email protected] and I can send you more information.
“Restorative Yoga is the greatest thing I’ve ever done for my practice and my energy. Taking time where there is nothing to do except to rest and ‘be’. Retreating is a gift to ourselves. We need to create space for what’s next, we need to remove our life debris and give ourselves the opportunity to expand. Life can be depleting and if we are not careful we become shrivelled and bound “
