Dear billionaire entrepreneurs,?
Many of us are so ambitious that our work rate is one hundred over a hundred. Some of us thrive on five hours of sleep or less while we also consider taking a vacation a luxury. For a while, this can work. But sooner or later. the cracks will begin to show. One thing you must never do is forget to replenish yourself too, dear business owners.?
Don't be so focused on the business growing, that you forget to nurture yourself. Sometimes, the best thing you can do for your business is take a break. Rest, recharge, and remember the joy that sparked this business dream in the first place.
You can start small. What about instituting a "No Emails After 7 PM" rule and taking weekends off, if possible? Just do what works for you. You'll see your business radiating the sweet scent of a ‘well-rested’ entrepreneur in no time.
