When will the Job Market Recover? We're asking our network of recruiters for their feedback.

With the unprecedented challenges to the job market, everyone is wondering where things are heading - how long the recovery will take and when it will happen. Two weeks ago, we released our April Recruiter Index report that showed good news -- a significant number of recruiters expect increasing job requirements within the next 90 days.

Now due to rapid changes in the job market, we’re updating the Recruiter Index for May. If you are in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition, please take our quick, anonymous Recruiter Index survey to update your expectations for job requirements and hiring demand.

For everyone interested in trends in the job market, you may download the April Recruiter Index report here and view the infographic below with some of our findings. So far, we're cautiously optimistic for a sharp recovery in hiring.

Thank you for bringing us some numbers Miles. How exciting is this! I for one am highly optimistic about the next 30.60.90 and beyond. I'm right there with ya on the industries as well. An enormous amount of work to be done to position ourselves for an influx of hiring demands like we've never seen before. It's gonna be monumental! What are you doing to get ready?
