When I get older...
Where does all this go in 10, 20, 30 years if you keep doing the same thing?
If you keep the same stress management tactics as you have right now; where does that go ?
How does that influence your heart, your kids, your work, your joy and more?
If you keep NOT stretching, NOT being active regularly, NOT walking or getting movement each day, NOT doing strength training...?
Do you think life and your body will magically just become awesome because you see someone else who is? You saw a video, heard a podcast, watched a movie or read a book.
What happens if the action you take NOW, today, this week, this month, continue for the years 10-30 years.
Good things? Things that land you in a great spot mentally and physically and all other ways?
Or, things that land you in a complete deficit in all ways.
If you are 20, 30, 40, 50 ! any age.
Ask yourself; where does this go in 10-20 years if I keep doing the same thing?
Will I still be doing the same things, poor social habits, poor habits, excuses complaining, being terrible at managing stress and doing nothing about, being over weight and not wanting to be and you name it. Will I will be doing those things in 10-20 years?
Just ask yourself that question.
Get enthusiastic about taking better care of yourself.
Start with a post dinner walk and not complaining about anything.
