WHEN GOING OUT TO EAT......
Eating out is a pleasure but we always tend to overdo it. Here are some tips when you are going out to eat.
1)When you go out, don't go out on a completely empty stomach. Have a protein-rich food (10gm of protein powder, two eggs, or moong dal Chilla), as protein takes longer time to digest.
2)Instead of going for a buffet, it's better to go for an a la carte menu.
3)Instead of having creamy, salty, and oily foods, we can opt for steamed grilled and broiled foods.
4)Be mindful while eating and eat slowly as it takes 20 minutes for our brain to receive the signal that we are full.
5)Try to have small portions.
