World over when countries wriggle out of #Covid19 lockdowns, #movement_control_orders and economy is slowly limping back to normalcy, we at DahNAY are fully geared to serve our customers as usual.

There was a flat track shipment on the market and many large shipping companies were vying their eyes and hands on to that shipment, since the client is a premium name every logistics company would love to have them in their marquee client lists.

Taking this as an challenge and opportunity during the tough times, DahNAY logistics entered the playground. When DahNAY entered the race, our experts quickly understood that the various services within the order is the key component in securing or losing the order. Not to take any chances and eliminate any ambiguities that normally crop up when we engage multiple sub contracts, DahNAY Malaysia Team decided to execute the order with their direct involvement instead of quoting as a letter pad company.

Right from measuring to all the minute specifications, DahNAY Logistics Sdn Bhd prepared the full quote and was fully prepared to secure the shipment.

Shipment secured and DahNAY started working on the cargo when it was realized the final dimensions varied from the quote period. Due to this #OOG and a new cargo #Port brought in many restrictions and clarifications. Customer was sceptical if his cargo will sail over, since the specs differed from his side.

However DahNAY Team pitched in took that challenge and worked day & night to get all queries clarified and resolved and ensured the #Cargo sailed as per originally scheduled juorney.

Customer was highly impressed at the end to end support provided by DahNAY all through the journey. He was more impressed with the right updates at every turn and mile of the cargo journey, which he said gave him all the confidence.

At the end when the cargo sailed from #Port_Klang to #Chittagong, we had a pleasant surprise call from the customer informing us that the entire balance of his shipment will be through DahNAY Logistics.
