?? When Giving Your All Still Feels Like It’s Not Enough
Tracy Astle
I help Christian women create deeply fulfilling lives through faith-filled, joyful coaching, courses, and community. I specialize in Mind/Body Nutrition, Owner @ Nourishing Body & Soul,
I remember the days when I gave so much—every ounce of myself—to my kids & husband, my church, my community, my extended family, and my friends. My heart was all in, my hands were always busy, and my spirit was devoted.
And yet… I often felt like a sponge that had been completely wrung out.
I did all the right things.
? I prayed regularly.
? I studied my scriptures.
? I served wherever I was needed.
But still, exhaustion clung to me like a shadow, whispering, "It’s not enough. You’re not enough."
Have you ever felt that way?
Like no matter how much you pour out, it never seems to fill the gap?
Like the love you give is abundant, yet somehow the love you receive—especially from God—feels elusive?
It took me a long time to realize that I had been giving from a place of striving rather than a place of abundance. I thought if I just did more—prayed more, served more, sacrificed more—then maybe I would finally feel full.
Romans 8:38-39 reminds us: "Nothing can separate us from the love of God."
So why couldn't I seem to live in the comfort of that love?
That question led me on a journey—one that changed everything.
And it's why I'm hosting Creating a Life That Nourishes Body and Soul—a powerful interview series designed for women just like you and me. Women who have spent years striving, pouring out, and giving their all… but still feel like it’s never quite enough.
In this FREE series, I’m bringing together 21 incredible women—leaders, coaches, authors, and thought pioneers—who have walked this path and found a better way. A way of living, giving, and nourishing our bodies and souls from abundance, grace, and alignment with how we were created to live.
We’ll cover 21 different aspects of nourishment—mind and body, heart and soul.
Because true nourishment is about so much more than food and fitness—it’s about spiritual, emotional, and relational well-being, too.
?? If you’re ready to stop striving and start truly living, I invite you to join me.
?? The series begins March 3
?? It’s completely FREE
