When in FEAR, TALK!

Sometimes, we tend to push our tasks ahead because we feel that we are not capable of doing the given task. Honestly, that's just the imposter talking out loud and it is best if you talk back with your affirmative voice. It will not only help you take back control, but also will make you realise that you were fearing something that is not scary at all!
Talking out loud makes a whole lot of things easier! It allows clarity to flow in. It is like confronting, just not confronting a person but the demon within you.
Now, you can either talk with a trusted confidant or just on your own, in front of the mirror. Whatever helps you get rid of that crippling fear. Do what suits you, but make sure to sustain the hard-earned confidence within you.
