Sitting in the "predictable" safe environment is a lie.

I was in corporate in the "safe" place for 20 years overachieving and then the CEO I worked for became ill and replaced himself with his daughter. She fired me immediately.

Turns out "predictable" isn't so predictable after all.

At any time when you give your loyalty to a company, you can be ousted when leadership or trends change. None of that has anything to do with you.

But you have the ability to change that situation before it ever happens.

I want you to take your power back.

I want you to live a life of purpose and passion and I promise you it is not too late!

You are not too old and it is not too late.

You are not too young and it is not too early either.

When I look back the only regret I have is that I didn't start sooner.

I should have invested in myself earlier.

Launched my personal brand sooner and my podcast.

Created my Linkedin community and started writing my books.

Stepped into my power and started shining my light regardless of what others said to me.

Regardless of others limiting beliefs I should have believed in ME!

I should have taken messy action and doubled down on myself even though I was scared.

No matter where you are today you need to invest in you.

One of the biggest mistakes we make is get so in the weeds on the day to day we forget to pick our heads up and focus on the vision we have for our future.

You can't work on your business when you are in it.

Today, I am challenging you to pick your head up and create the vision of where you want to go.

Don't hope someone else will do it for you

Cemeteries are full of unrealized potential.

The world needs your light.

Start shining it.

Gracefully let go of everything that no longer serves you.

The people, toxic work environments, habits, excuses, fears and jobs.

Every time I do this, I create space for something positive to show up in my life.
