When everything seems to be falling apart around you...

“My wife doesn’t want to talk to you Carlos”

At this particular moment, I knew something needed to change.?

I managed to build multiple businesses, offline and online.?

I have a degree in Engineering and countless certifications in coaching, business development, NLP, and even Music Production from my days as a musician…

But I wasn’t prepared for what life was throwing at me.?

I was easily irritated, grumpy, and very snappy, especially with the people I cared the most about.?

From the outside, everyone would see a very successful entrepreneur.

On the inside, I felt something was totally off.?

I had achieved great levels of success in Life and in Business. But something was still missing

My sleep had been very bad for months and my levels of stress were off the charts.

I’d find myself sitting at my desk, paralyzed by overwhelm. The only thing I wanted to do was run away.

I had bought into the newest marketing strategies and agencies to grow my business

But I was still stuck. I was frustrated.?

No one seemed to have the answers to my problems.?

I could see many others succeeding when implementing the same strategies I was using.?

Even my clients got better results than I did!?

“What’s wrong with me?” - “What am I missing?”

My business was slowly but surely killing me and the life I started my business to be able to afford.?

Something was out of whack, and I HAD to find out what it was before it was too late.?

But you don’t know what you don’t know, right??

The only thing I could do is to persist in my mission to grow my business without giving up on my life on the way up.?

On that day, I got very snappy with one of my team members. You could cut the tension with a knife.?

To the point that his wife would refuse to speak to me anymore. They both were employed by my company.

This hit me like a ton of bricks. That night I couldn’t sleep.?

“Who am I turning into???”

“Is that the kind of business owner and CEO I always dreamed of??”

I always attached my business success to my personal value and my identity. If the business is making money and helping people I feel good.?

And the opposite happens as well.?My mindset, motivation and self love go down the drain when things are not performing as I think they should...

?I know, this is not the smartest way to do business, at least not the healthiest one, but that’s what it was for me.?

At that point, I felt like all the pieces that made up my business and my life were trembling and totally out of alignment.?

?

And then, one day, reading a book from Patrick Gentempo, I had my lightbulb moment.?

Like many other business owners, I was trying to “upgrade my business” ignoring the always necessary personal growth that is required to do so.?

I was doing it all the other way around.?

“Success starts from within”

You’ve heard it a thousand times, but did you embed that concept in your persona??

Did you own this knowledge deep into your heart so you can breathe life into it??

It’s like knowing something in your head, but the disconnection with your heart makes it impossible to manifest it in your life.?

• Who do YOU want to BE?? was a question that needed an answer before anything else would ever happen in the real business world.?
• What is the IDENTITY you need to tap into?
• What’s its energy?
• How do you want to show up?

You cannot run a successful business from a failure mindset.

We’ve all heard this many times before. But do we really understand what it means in real life?

It took months of retreat from my "day-to-day frenzy". Step back and look at my life in perspective. I had to hire someone that could see the gaps I was totally blind to.??

I wanted to build a life and a business that were ICONIC.

I wanted the money, the significance, the freedom, the impact and to do something great in the world, from building generational wealth for my family to giving back as much as I could.?

?Most people never get too far in life because they dream too small, and this was me too.?

During my life journey, I became the best in the world at things I wasn’t even aware of.?

And when my mentor helped me spot these Super Powers, it was easy to reverse engineer the results they generate into a system we could put our clients through.?

"What is within me that needs to change in terms of my reality to change?"

Usually, at this point, the next level of success comes from within?

Now I want to ask you:

Once you have an answer to these questions, you will be able to understand who you need to BECOME to get there.?
