CADCON Dished Ends - machined from solid
Rattiinox is pleased to present a range of innovative dished ends (Patent pending) to guarantee effective mixing of valuable pharmaceutical and biotech products in small vessels and in larger tulip-style vessels.
The mixer is offset for maximum mixing efficiency and the end slopes to the outlet for optimum drainability - maintaining mixing, sampling and temperature measurement down to an absolute minimum volume
These dished ends feature a built-in Rattiinox CADCON 1” aseptic connector to suit a Rattiinox CAD extended-diaphragm tank outlet valve size 1/2“, 3/4" or 1" (with or without satellite CIP/SIP valve - up to & including 1" for full CIP downstream behind the seat of the main valve...) and two additional CADCON 3/4" aseptic connections for sampling valve and temperature probe mounting
The unique Rattiinox extended 316L-reinforced PTFE diaphragms ensure valve closure extremely close to the vessel internal surface - avoiding the unmixed and cold pocket typical of weir-type valves.
The famous cleanability of the Rattiinox valves (#1 for Clean by Design) guarantee rapid & robust CIP

We are building a stock of blank ends 150, 200, 250 and 300 mm diameter.
We - or the vessel manufacturer - can then machine the hole to weld-in the magnetic mixer post.
