Hope you all are doing well today !! Today's topic touches upon a situation that's very commonly faced by professionals when their performance goes down.
Yes, that happens to most people working in corporate companies. The reasons could be many, I would say.
You will find someone who was performing really well when he or she started working but then suddenly you see their efficiency going down !
Every organization has their own way of tracking performance in terms of productivity and efficiency, but I don't want to talk about that.
I want to highlight to you why it could happen and what needs to be done about it. If you are someone who has recently joined a corporate company or someone who has been working at junior level and senior level for quite a lot of years, this is for you too. It's important for self awareness about this topic !!?
We all need to understand we are all human after all. We all have emotions and feelings. All of us, when we start working, tend to mix our personal and professional lives as everything is very new.?
As we get experienced, we just learn to balance them better, but that doesn't mean we don't have a problem.? There can come a time when it becomes difficult and can affect you. That can make you lose your motivation at work !! So it's important to find a solution for it instead of focusing on the problems.?
