When Dreams Become Reality !

Before Pandemic, Every single discussion with Customer was having a road map of solution involving multiple validations span across multiple milestones . Almost in all my previous pre-sales discussions on testing solutions, Customer was expecting us to start in steps, go realistic on Test automation journeys . AI & ML was always seen as envisioned Dream-state with a strong belief from each of them as , they are not yet there and want to take a systematic route before climbing over all so called futuristic testing solutions. Cost was then also prime consideration , however overall proposition was always seen with the lenses of envisioned Dream-state !

With Pandemic, these discussions turned dramatically very different . Off course, Cost become even more prime consideration, however I see almost all of them wanting to start immediately on so called envisioned Dream-state ! This was definitely a big surprise for me though still it helped me to ease out lots of pre-sales work which typically needed to built en-visioned state for the customer. What i observed , this Pandemic actually helped many organizations to live their Dreams in Reality. Something each of them could have done in 2022 or even 2025, they forced to get it done in 2020 and that too without having major mitigation or dry runs in place ! This definitely helping organizations to dream loudly and as a result i have seen very aggressive on boarding of customers on the so called envisioned Dream-state we wanting to build for them !

I believe real fun doesn't end here. Everyone today is willing to on-board on AI-ML led testing organizations, wanting to have cognitive analytics in test planning, design and execution , desiring intelligence driven self healing touch less automation machines in their labs . However the journey each of them willing to have is very stiff , KRAs they wanting to have are highly aggressive and Skills each their teams having still very primitive ! So this journey going to be very exciting , it may bring lots of challenges in implementation, hardships for people . Still this Pandemic definitely helping them to believe that its Doable and i believe this is the beauty of this unprecedented situation where in everyone raised their bars without really being asked or defined !
