When Doubts Fill Your Mind
When we need to feel good or do good and?doubts fill our mind, not much good can occur for us. The “what if” can take over like a horrible cold.
My recommendation is if you are really adept at “doubting”, some very simple practices can help you not continue the harsh and unhelpful doubting as a way of conducting your life.?
The best and biggest and most immediate practice to help is to breathe.?We cannot live without our breath.?Allow a few seconds of deep breathing and see, really see, how precious that can be.?Now would be a perfect time for you to add several alarms to you phone with the note to BREATHE…then just let the breath take over.
