When Do Most Patients Call Your Clinic?

When Do Most Patients Call Your Clinic?

Research studies show that most consumers (over 70%) like to make their healthcare appointments before or after work and on weekends. If they get a voicemail, it's a coin toss on whether they leave a message or not (50/50%).

If you don't have a policy of fielding calls nights and weekends, you are certainly losing business.

If it's a new patient, they may call someone else. If it's a returning patient, they may get caught up with "life" and forget (then fall through the cracks).

Answering services are not always the best solution and can be costly. There's a better way. Learn how to give your patients (and prospects) a way to schedule online or speak with a HUMAN immediately.
