For this specific reason, we at Edgeium, have invested significant time, effort, and money to make sure your items arrive securely and intact. Our custom-built foam trays are specifically designed to counter rough travel and prevent your items from being damaged while in transit.

One of the most common objections we hear in the secondary market is quality. While we have an elaborate test bed that starts our QA process on the front end, we understand that when buying technology professional packaging and cleanliness are an essential first step in relaying the quality of our products.?As the old saying goes, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression”, we expect our customers to receive devices of the same quality and aesthetics as if they purchased the device new from the OEM. Our inserts are specifically designed to have breakaway foam pieces allowing our shipping team and customers to easily ship devices ranging in size and weight from previous-generation to current-generation hardware.??

In my two decades of being in this industry, packaging and return shipping of the hardware has been a cumbersome and time-consuming endeavor for our customers. Many of our competitors continue to ask their customers to come out of pocket and purchase packaging supplies to return items or send out logistics teams to pick up hardware, package it offsite, and then ship it back, etc…This can be a costly and potentially time-wasting activity while someone sits there to supervise the team while it is processed.?

Our custom foam inserts allow us to ship out pre-formed kits inside boxes where customers can easily drop their devices into the foam, set them back in the box, tape the box back up, and use our prepaid UPS labels to return the hardware to us.
