When Customer Support Fails
This week I was looking for some information about purchasing a new product in Canada or USA but could not find anything on the company's website other than a nice picture and details of the product. Pressing the BUY NOW button did not have any result nor online searches in Amazon, so I decided to contact the customer support email address. Here is how my exchange went;
My email, Subject: Where to purchase
Where can I buy a XXX model? I cannot find it on Amazon. Do you have any stores or local dealers?
Reply from Customer Support; Dear Brent, Thank you for reaching us! I'm sorry for the inconvenience this had caused you but we only have an information for the products that was released here in the US support. If you are interested in purchasing this you can try to check any local or online sellers near you.

They were very prompt in replying, and obviously well meaning and polite. But something is missing here? Did they even read my question?
Always make sure that your systems are functioning properly, even if you have to check them yourself!
