As the price of #luxury homes continues to soar, Florida’s luxury market remains at the forefront in terms of number of properties available and price increases. However, there is one other metric in which Florida also excels – being among the most unequal places when comparing the price of luxury homes to the bottom 95% of the market.
A recent study released by Redfin shows that of the top ten unequal cities, Florida delivers seven. Fort Lauderdale and Delray Beach are the top two, with Boca Raton, Sarasota, West Palm Beach, Miami and St. Petersburg also in the top 10.
