When No collaboration culture, use “BCOIP” method

Q: What do you do if your organization lacks a culture of collaboration?
A: Definitely, Collaboration & Teamwork is a key to success for any mission BUT what about organizations wherein no Collaboration Culture. If you are employed there, how you will manage your individual and organizational goals.
Wherever you face this situation of No Collaboration, whether at home, at job, at country or for any mission & objective, use “BCOIP” method means Break Collective Objectives Into Pieces, means break into individual objectives and then achieve them one by one with respective individuals / team members. For example for any specific objective, collective collaboration fails or not available then, using smallest segments, steps and actions of this project, consult with respective team members one by one and accomplish these smallest tasks one by one. But don’t correlate & connect these smallest objectives with people collectively as there is no collaboration; just handle and complete these objectives with you, yourself only. Don’t try to involve other stakeholders via email, group Whatsapp message or any communication medium. However to be on a safe side, you can document these actions & activities…
Using this method, definitely there can be a lot of problems but you will have to survive there with No Collaboration culture with achievement of organizational goals & objectives with timely completion of assign tasks & projects.
Anyone can perform in a right situation, but performing in an incorrect situation, is challenging & daring as well…
