When to Bring Email Marketing In House?

I'm coming off an incredibly relaxing weekend. Sundays in my household are usually spend for self reflection and catching up on some good reading or tv. Stranger Things 4 anyone?! Whether you spend it thinking about yourself, your family, or your business it's always a good time to be thankful for all the good and all the challenges in your life.?
I got to sit down with one of my favorite entrepreneurs, Chase Dimond, a few weeks ago and we had a really honest conversation about email marketing and the agency life. I've hired Chase's agency, Structured, for over two years now and I essentially asked him what I would need to do to fire his team and bring the operation in house.?
His answers were amazing and too good not to break down in writing. Safe to say his team's not going anywhere and I get way more bang for my buck with an agency then I do having to source, hire, and manage freelancers or full time employees.?
