2 个月This is dead on. I’ve been studying this area for some months now and speaking to AI engineers around the world. And I recently completed a consumer survey that validated this mistrust in AI. Mainly because consumers don’t understand it. It is way more complicated on the backend then folks realize and it is just a tool. So brand positioning with consumers has to be carefully thought out!
