When 2024 taught us lessons, we listened

As we reflect on 2024, one feeling stands out: gratitude. It’s been a year of achievements, challenges, and growth. Let’s be real for a moment: building solutions for one of the world’s most pressing challenges (i.e. water loss) is not an easy task. It’s a journey full of ups and downs, progress and setbacks. But looking back at 2024, one thing is crystal clear: we’ve made incredible progress.

Throughout 2024, we reached some incredible milestones. We launched Octopo, our interactive chatbot, expanded to new regions, saved over 200,000 million liters of water, and built strategic partnerships that have the potential to empower communities. Every step we took brought us closer to our mission: ensuring sustainable water resources for resilient communities.

But it hasn’t been easy.

The challenges that shaped us

This year wasn’t without its ups and downs. We faced hurdles, but we stayed focused, innovating water tech solutions to support people who are working on the water sector and farmers. Our tools are helping them optimize operations and automate processes, making daily tasks simpler and more efficient.

In 2024, our work made a measurable difference for both water utilities and farmers across the MENA region and beyond. From saving water and cutting energy consumption to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, the results speak for themselves. Stay tuned for our impact report 2024!

But numbers only tell part of the story

The real impact is what happens in people’s lives. Families have more reliable access to fresh water. Farmers are growing more food and contributing to food security in their communities.

Here’s what some of them had to say:

?? "Flowless helped me increase my crop productivity and reduce operational costs; Now I am able to overcome the hurdles of manual operations & invest my time & resources more effectively"

Tariq Hnini, Farm Owner

??"Flowless WaterCloud automated my entire network operations and helped me spot water leaks as soon as they emerge".

Yousef Alqam, Head of Water Department, Salfeet Municipality

These stories remind us why we do what we do.

Innovation that opens doors

One of our proudest achievements this year was launching Octopo, our chatbot designed to make water loss management smarter and easier. Octopo lets water teams have conversations with their systems; asking questions and getting instant, actionable insights, turning complex data into simple solutions in seconds.

This innovation also opened the door to some incredible partnerships, like working with Water Loss Research & Analysis Ltd in the UK and VIRTHUOUS in Brazil. These collaborations are helping us bring our solutions to more people and regions.

Looking Ahead to 2025 If 2024 was about building impact, 2025 would be about scaling it. Our goal is to double our impact, helping more water utilities and farmers tackle water loss and optimize field processes.

To make this happen, we’ve developed a customized solution tailored to the data you already have. By integrating it with Flowless WaterCloud, we’ll help you unlock actionable insights and achieve real results.

Let's find ways to collaborate!

With every challenge we’ve faced and every milestone we’ve reached, we’ve strengthened our ability to address water scarcity in meaningful ways. 2025 is our chance to push boundaries, create even more impact, and continue building solutions that truly matter.?

Warmly,

Aya

P.S. We’d love to hear from you! Whether it’s a question, feedback, or just a quick “Hi,” feel free to reach out anytime.
