The Wheel Of Life
The exercise is called “The Wheel of Life” and it was put together by Paul J. Meyer. It brings clarity on every aspect of your life, helping you evolve and acknowledge things you could be blocking out, voluntary or involuntary. It looks exactly like a wheel that is split in 10 sections. Each section represents a certain aspect of your life. Don’t get scared – the exercise consists of only 2 steps.
Firstly, you must read all the categories – obviously!
The next step is just a little bit harder. You must draw a line or color in each segment to the current level of satisfaction. The center of the wheel represents the value 0 – unsatisfied, and the edge of the wheel is equal to 10 – extremely satisfied.
